Purpose
The contribution will support sustainability of the Torngat Mountain Base Camp and Research Station, which provides a base of operations for research programs, youth programs, and local Inuit to access the national park and surrounding area, and visitor experience. The contribution also supports the implementation of key actions recommended during the 2019 Economic Summit by participants, including the Nunatsiavut Government, for a shared vison of the Torngat Mountains Basecamp and Research Centre for the next 20 years.
