Purpose
This contribution supports full and meaningful participation of Saugeen Ojibway Nation leadership and communities in the planning, development and implementation of the Bruce Peninsula National Park and Fathom Five National Marine Park management plan. The approach encourages the incorporation and consideration of Saugeen Ojibway Nation’s history, culture, and contemporary practices and employs a two-eyed seeing concept that brings together Indigenous and Western-science knowledge in the areas of study.
