Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to assist the Proponent with the upgrade of specific components in the NorSask Forest Products sawmill to ensure the sawmill remains competitive, meets legal requirements and continue operations. The NorSask sawmill is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Proponent which manages business development for the Meadow Lake Tribal Council.
