Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to develop a refined software tool for the design of new, and evaluation of existing, vapour collection and control systems (VCCS). This project will enable operators and regulators to take a preventative approach to ensure that VCCSs are appropriately designed, operated and maintained to help reduce emissions of methane and volatile organic compounds.
