Purpose
Sensoreal is a start-up company developing point-of-care detection technologies for a variety of applications such as infectious diseases and shellfish sanitation. In May 2019, Canada became the first country to perform a rapid blood test at the International Space Station using Sensoreal’s technology. The candidate will be involved in the microfluidic design and testing of two projects, prototype development for detection of PSP toxins in shellfish and enhancement of the diagnostic tool for infectious disease.
