Purpose
Improve the capability of the Double Sided Incremental Forming (DSIF) process by focusing on a better understanding of material behavior under distinctive ISF (Incremental Sheet Forming) process constraints (mainly shear and compression), and on toolpath generation and process monitoring aimed at enhancing formability, while minimizing geometrical errors on formed parts, in order to harness the full potential of this promising technology
