Purpose
The project will continue the development of a national fabrication capacity for the silicon nitride materials chip platform, and expand capabilities established from a previous collaboration. The project will begin the investigation of integrating other materials (e.g., AlN, SiC and LiNO3) into this platform in order to expand Canada s competency in the global microchip prototyping industry.
