Purpose
The satellite terminal JA2 deploys as the hardware component of our remote worker communication service functions by bridging the satellite-based communication network onto a local WiFi hotspot, over which our smartphone-based application connects to the network. JA2’s ability to develop a highly targeted sales and marketing strategy to support a commercial viable product has been hampered by lack of proper account management. _x000D_ _x000D_ By working with the CEO and the CTO, the Customer Success Representative will assist in delivering and managing JA2 technology and services and further develop our Ideal Customers personas, which will include their desired outcomes._x000D_
