Purpose
Orders from the retail network must be processed manually by technicians in the order desk. In concrete terms, they must enter orders from one system to another in order to put them into production. Processing time is a major irritant for retailers; they sometimes have to wait several days to receive a shipping date. The project aims to automate 50% of orders (the most standard ones).
