Purpose
The Firm seeks to advance the state of the art in aptamer drug development through the development of novel chemistries of non-natural or modified natural nucleotides and synthesis and purification methods for a large DNA-encoded aptamer library. The technology will leverage core expertise in the design and manufacturing of magnetic nanoparticles and in-house large-scale high-purity synthesis of oligonucleotide services to provide the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology industry with products and services that will accelerate the design and screening of aptamers for therapeutic drug discovery.
