Purpose

Maratek will design and prototype a modular solvent recycling system to recover and purify solvents used in flexographic printing and packaging. The new-generation system combines advanced process monitoring, adaptive PLC control, & AI-based predictive maintenance to significantly improve solvent recovery efficiency & operational uptime. The prototype will be targeting recovery yields above 90% compared to current market levels of 80%. The integrated analytics will enable real-time optimization of distillation performance & provide continuous tracking of GHG reduction.
