Purpose

Umapped provides travelers with a multi-channel itinerary experience for all of their bookings from their travel providers. Travelers further add to their itineraries with their own bookings (booked from other sources) and share the itineraries to their travel companions, family and friends. Currently, travelers spend the majority of their time accessing their itinerary prior to traveling (on average between 15 and 20 minutes). This project aims to increase the stickiness of the Umapped itinerary experience by enhancing the travelers’ experience after travel providers make their bookings with relevant contextual information leading up to their trip and while they are traveling.
