Purpose

This project will design and implement a business workflow and supporting technology to help better facilitate ordering and production processes. As operations continue to grow, with production facilities and business units spread out over multiple sites throughout the region, communication between team members to manage production and administrative operations can be a significant challenge. Recent shifts to global and local marketplaces as a result of COVID 19, combined with expanding operations, are requiring to reassess business processes internally and how to communicate with our customers and sales leads.
