Purpose

Development/redesign of current software for Literacy will support Adult Literacy Providers agencies under the Employment Ontario Network to optimize real-time reporting, tracking, and follow-up data. Supports case workers’ ability to create assessments, training plans and provide data in customized reports; unique to their regional demographics. Supports Ministry reporting compliance to collect timely data with exit and follow-up reporting. CATS will fully integrate Employment Ontario Information System database case data, go paperless, enhancing Service Quality and full case management for providers.
