Purpose

CPAC is proposing to undertake the work to preserve and add approximately 737 audiovisual recordings to its publicly accessible online video archive. The materials consist of recordings of CPAC’s broadcast coverage of the 2008 and 2011 Canadian federal election campaigns, featuring party leaders’ local campaign events and regional coverage of high-profile ridings, as well as contemporaneous political party conventions.
