Purpose
The Canadian Agri-Food Automation and Intelligence Network (CAAIN) will accelerate the automation and digitization of Canada's agricultural sector through the establishment of a smart farm platform to develop and test technologies to help with the automation of agricultural tasks. It will bring together technology suppliers, industry, and academia to build autonomous processes, modules and machines that leverage data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI).
