Purpose
This project supports Ukrainian authorities in locating missing persons following the Russian invasion of Ukraine. International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) will assist in identifying victims and supporting exhumations to judicial standards of evidence. Project activities include: (1) helping families of the missing so they understand and are engaged in the process to find or identify their missing relatives; and (2) empowering families of the missing to secure their rights to truth, justice and reparations.
