Purpose

This Phase II project with UNMAS aims to provide support to Burkina Faso's efforts to improve the security of populations affected by the conflict and the improvised explosive devices(IEDs) threat by ensuring that national authorities have an increased capacity to safely and effectively mitigate the risks posed by IEDs. Building on the foundation established in “Phase 1”, this project will further enhance and build the capabilities of Lawenforcement and security agencies.
