Purpose
This project supports the General Delegation for Penitentiary Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR) and its National Training Academy in Morocco to improve the management, risk assessment, and rehabilitation of terrorism offenders in alignment with international good practices and human rights standards. Project activities include: (1) supporting prison psychologists to institutionalize case formulation practices through the establishment of clinical supervision mechanisms and (2) providing capacity building support to refine, validate, translate, and embed a suite of countering violent extremism in prisons (CVE-P) training materials and related professional development resources for their expanded use across the entire prison system. This project is being implemented by the Global Centre on Cooperative Security.
