Purpose

Co-organized by Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada (APF Canada) and Universities Canada, the Canada-in-Asia conference will bring together 30 Canadian universities and up to 250 alumni in Asia. Recognizing the significance of this initiative, Global Affairs Canada (GAC) has committed a $200K contribution and positioned itself as one of the major event partners. As such, this conference will become a signature event that GAC supports following the unveiling of IPS to deliver on Canada’s commitment to enhance our presence in the region and to support Canadian partners outside of government in advancing shared interests.
