Purpose
The project will improve knowledge and skills required for assessment and management of natural hazards. It supports exchanges of graduate students in Earth Sciences and Engineering Geology and promotes cross-cultural understanding and internationalization of university curricula. Students will benefit from field training involving classic natural hazard case studies in Canada and Europe. Work-study programs with industry partners will supply professional skills in advanced geotechnology applications.
