Purpose
The Homelessness Partnering Strategy (HPS) is a community-based program aimed at preventing and reducing homelessness by providing direct support and funding to communities across Canada. Eligible recipients include: Individuals; Not-for-profit organizations; For-profit organizations; Municipalities; Aboriginal organizations; Public health and educational institutions; and Provincial and territorial governments and their entities, including institutions, agencies and Crown Corporations.
