Purpose
Women in Resource Development Corporation (WRDC) will build on established curricula, training, and consultation services to test new ways to provide pre-employment training and supports for Indigenous women in Labrador and Nunavut. The project is designed to address barriers for underrepresented racialized women and/or Indigenous women; women with disabilities; women from the LGBTQ2 community; and women with prolonged detachment from the labour force in trades and technology sectors.
