Purpose
The objective of the Skills and Partnership Fund (SPF) is to help Aboriginal organizations find innovative solutions through partnerships to create new tools and services for Aboriginal people. SPF will contribute to the creation of a skilled, adaptable labour force in Canada through activities in the following areas: training to employment; job focused essential skills training; or service delivery improvements.
