Purpose

The purpose of this project is to provide contribution funding to support job skills training to on-reserve First Nation youth between ages of 18 to 24 who are in receipt of income assistance. In support of Income Assistance Program and First Nations Job Fund objectives, this project will assist clients who are deemed to be employment-ready within 12 months prepare for and obtain necessary job skills to gain employment.
