Purpose
The Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak (MKO) Inc. has entered into a funding agreement with the Department of Justice Canada to manage the Human Trafficking and Knowledge Exchange Forum Project to be held in Thompson, Manitoba February 5 - 7, 2019. This Knowledge Exchange provides opportunity to collaborate and share ideas and knowledge in regard to services, programs and relevant legislation. The forum will also bring attention to the increasing issue of sexual exploitation and human trafficking occurring in northern Manitoba.
