Purpose

The project involves the construction of the Institut nordique du Québec main complex (Phase 1) on the Laval University campus, bringing together Quebec and Canadian expertise in northern and arctic sciences in support of the sustainable development of northern Quebec and the Canadian Arctic. Phase 1 of the project includes administrative and office spaces, specialized laboratories at the cutting edge of technology, research mission preparation workshops, teaching rooms, library spaces, meeting/conference rooms and food services.
