Purpose
This project includes continued modernization of the Genesis home, including replacement of deteriorated pressure-treated stairs, replacement of the fire suppression system, including control panel, annunciator and devices, replacement of the boiler with a multi-zone temperature control system and electrical upgrade, improvement of the building envelope, including assembly of wood walls, repair of sealants on aluminum-framed windows and doors, and repair of fiberglass roof insulation in the attic.
