To advance the capacity of the NEIHRs and relevant partners to implement a rapid research design at the community level, including identifying who is best situated to implement such a design in partnership with First Nations and Métis communities in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and links to other organizations and first responders involved in the local emergency response. 3. To understand how data can be collected and managed ethically during emergencies—balancing Tri-Council guidelines with community-defined ethics.
